Very good overall experience. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was good with 3 hot options plus cold options. Room was cool and stayed cool. The shower water pressure could rip your skin off, but that's a minor issue. I'd stay again.

We had a problem with the first room called down to the front desk she fixed it ajd then it was good.

The hotel seems like it was recently renovated and everything is very new. The water pressure was amazing, I took a long hot shower. The bed was comfy and everything worked as it should.

Very nice people! They are renovating, so lots of improvements happening. The outdoor pool was our only issue, it was cloudy and we were unable to see the bottom. The pool needs a good cleaning.

Maybe the best deal in all of KC Metro area for the price! Great location, recently renovated, super clean, friendly staff - all for 30-40% less than the big chains.

Quick napping stop for us but it was peaceful and relaxing. Very nice front desk and smooth sailing

We had a great 5 night stay! The staff was wonderful - so friendly and helpful. They are doing updates but the activity wasn't in the way and they are keeping everything clean and quiet as they work. We will absolutely stay here again!

Room had a musty odor. Bathroom sink counter was dirty. Bathroom sink drained slowly (must be starting to clog).
