Beautiful, well-kept property. My only complaint was The Sophia’s food didn’t deliver for the high price tag.

Beautiful resort.. The staff were all wonderful.

Hairdress a few problems room refrigerator was not getting refilled with pop and accessories and I had to call five times the front desk to ask over and over for a microwave. They sent me up one that wasn’t working and continue for more problems. My electric got caught in the middle of the night. The circuit box popped at the call Maintenance to come fix it. I didn’t expect these to happen but things happen

From phone service, staff on property, restaurants all very friendly and helpful. A staff member was walking past the hallway, sees me with my luggage, comes back to assist me. I was nowhere near him and he came back. That alone shows the incredible employees at The Conrad. As for the amenities top notch, clean and staff around the pool and lagoon are detail oriented.

Everything at the Conrad was great- quiet comfortable room, pristinely cleaned. Breakfast at Sophia’s was awesome, highlight is of course the huge pool and amenities around. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing staycation at the Conrad. Kylie at the front desk took amazing care of us no matter what we needed. Rarely do I say a place exceeded my expectations…but the Conrad did.

Given the fact that you are in Disney haven, and totally land locked, the Conrad gives the feeling of being neat the beach with the lagoon. The room was incredible. Restaurants were delicious and service was top notch. Will def stay at another Conrad property!
