So far, during the initial check-in there were no problems at all and the location of the accommodation is very close to the venue where I work in Disubang. For me, who works at events and works until late at night, of course rest time is very valuable, but early in the morning there are lots of distractions. 1. At 7 am I was woken up by the receptionist to move the car because there was no staff who could drive. (Even at night there is no security guard, only normal staff) 2. And at around 8 in the morning the staff turned on music at a very loud volume, like at home, to be honest, I was very disturbed. Coincidentally my room was 102 in front of the entrance and next to the receptionist on duty. The knee speaker was turned on at max volume right in front of my room. After being reprimanded around 9am because it was still time for some people to rest (especially for me who was very late going home to the accommodation because the event finished at 12pm on the circuit) then the music was turned off and the staff weren't as noisy as before. My message is please train employees properly. Moreover, this accommodation is supposed to be a place for people to rest and maintain comfort, not the other way around.
