Very clean, modern room. Felt spacious (room 3) due to the very high ceiling. Less than five minutes' walk to Rome's main train station, but on a quiet street. A few amenities were missing from its profile: kettle, mini fridge - nice touches. Good communication before my stay.

It was easy to access and close to the rome terminal. The room was clean and modern.

Location was very close to public transportation. Access to the property was easy and convient. Property was clean. Room 1 was noisy because it was street level and you could hear when people were talking or the street cleaners. For the price I think more than 1 towel could have been given.

Good location, and easy to find, access via phone app, so fine as long as you have phone charge. If staying in appt 2 it's worth bringing earplugs as the room is directly above a shop that seems to be very popular with locals and doesn't close until near midnight.

This room is two blocks from the Rome Termini station. It was easy to get into the property using the online key system. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was great.

Great, the host is probably the best i’ve ever had, very communicative and helpful, highly recommended.

The location was great and the communication was excellent. I only complained about the water pressure in the shower room (Room 1) was so weak, and the air conditioner is more like a heater. We put it on cold 16 degree celcius (yes, cool mode, not fan or heating) but it did not even cool the room.

Beautiful Apartment and very nice host

Simple, easy, clean spot right next to the train terminal. I would recommend especially if, like us, you just have one night and have to catch the train in the morning.

I liked the fact that the place was close to Termini, clean, and self check-in. The only thing I found it little uncomfortable was there is no sound proof from outside. A person can have a normal conversation outside of the street, and we could hear that pretty clear.

Overall great stay. The location is very convenient, and the rooms are newly renovated. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, they answered very quickly any question/concern I had. Rooms are cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that noise from the street during the day, but that's not an issue if you wake up before 10AM.

Perfeito! Só não ganhou 5 estrelas porque a água do chuveiro não tem temperatura regular. Oscila de quente a fria durante todo banho. É desconfortável.

Muy practico y excelente ubicación

O local é incrível, limpo, seguro, bem próximo a estação termini. Mas o quarto que pegamos era de frente para a rua, então as pessoas ficavam conversando até de madrugada na janela. Não é um problema do estabelecimento, por isso dei 5 estrelas, mas preciso avisar aos interessados que podem ter esse problema

Nomás me quedé una noche sola, pero fue fácil entrar y seguir las instrucciones! Muy limpio y cómodo el lugar.

Buena habitación y relación precio calidad para quienes quieran estar cerca de Termini. Aunque no los vimos personalmente, staff muy amable. Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay recepción en el lugar. Se contactan con vos vía mensaje. Para el checkin hay que solicitar apertura de puerta a través de una app, requiere que tengas datos de celular o que puedas conectarte previamente al wifi del lugar. Desconfiaba de la logística pero en la puerta de ingreso había suficiente señal como para seguir los pasos indicados. Como no hay llave, cada vez que entras hay que repetir el mismo procedimiento de apertura vía está app, lo que complica la logística (prever y estar atento a no quedarte sin batería en el teléfono). No le gustó tener que cargar tanta información personal con foto de pasaportes, de nosotros teniendo el pasaporte a una app desconocida.
