Probably the most awful hotel I have ever been to. Mouldy pillows. TV that did not work. Pictures of hotel are basically made up!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!!

Terrible experience- My room was not booked (or over-booking). Even I showed the confirmation email to hotel front guy, he just repeated “We don’t have a room” and did nothing. I booked a different hotel and but had to pay 8 times of this hotel fee

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Mumbai. I have nothing but good things to say about the place, and especially the staff. They made my time so special.

They are asking cash or upi like QR and no machines for card payment. This was happened in my checkout and may delayed to Airport and create tension to missed my flight.
