I am very satisfied to stay at Smart Dream because with the affordable price for the facilities I am very happy.

Just one word: It's comfortable, the room is quite clean, the only downside is that there's no mat so the room is always wet when you come out of the toilet.

Comfortable, but no towels for bathing.

Water clogged in the drain hole, surprised when taking a shower suddenly a condom appeared from the hole. When taking a shower it always floods until it comes out into the bedroom

Dirty and the AC is problematic, the bathroom is flooded

Staff and security guards at the location are friendly and polite. Strategic and comfortable location

The bedroom window leaks when it rains and the AC leaks.

The room is not soundproof, uncomfortable because the sound from the corridor can be heard clearly into the room. There are cocopet insects in the bed and in the sink.

It depends on the mood of the staff when serving you, haha.

AirPort transfer 5x is so cool I want to come back here

The hotel staff (receptionist) were very friendly and warm, the room was not very fresh, there were no toiletries (maybe because of the type of room chosen) but the AC and TV worked well.

Minus nya ada kecoa, sprei dan bed cover bau+ada noda, handuk robek jelek sekali, penutup jendela masih bisa terlihat dari luar, akses card rusak, berisik, tembok berjamur, wallpaper dinding hancur berantakan. Plusnya toilet bersih, WC duduk, AC dingin, kasur queen size, tv bisa pakai.

Ac rusak. Tidak disediakan perlengkapan mandi dan sebangainya. WiFi tidak bisa internet. Petugas tidak ramah.
