We stayed for a night. Excellent support from James. In a quiet area and nice and clean room with comfortable bedding. Bathroom a bit small but clean and had all facilities. John Lewis tower fan was so essential for the night as it was hot. Ty James.

Excellent accommodation, clean, tidy and close to Southwell. Easy parking and nice touch with snacks and drinks you could buy. Tea/coffee facilities, nice en-suite. Host was very receptive, we left an iPad in the room, and they kindly posted it back to us . Thank you

Spot on james was very informative on booking the accommodation. Check in was easy the room was perfect good size and everything we needed . The only hic was the mattress ot was very soft for us so we didnt sleep very well . Would deffo use again Thankyou

Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money.

May 2026 - Room Rolleston is a great place to stay but it is 5 miles drive from town hall (market) taxi around £ 30.00 return.

Great place for an overnight. Excellent communication from owner and very helpful. However please be aware, Rolleston is a VERY small village with no amenities such as a local shop. Even the pub shuts on a Tuesday so take anything you might need with you. Great stay. Quiet and ideal if you are visiting the racecourse.

The accommodation was excellent. On arrival the entrance was bright , clean and warm. The room was accessed via a key box key which worked well. The room was extremely clean and well appreciated. The bedroom radiator was on and the room warm. The bathroom radiator never got hotter that mildly warm. Unfortunately whilst the blind provided privacy it did not block out the light.

Safe parking and perfect to break our journey up to Whitby
