Bob service was great

Clean towels & wash clothes still looked dirty. Rooms could use some updates.

Prized price. The rooms were recently upgraded.Trendy decor. Instead of tiny bottles of hygiene products hard to open like other places, here they had a dispensable shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower using rich products for their fine guests.

The room would not cool down to a comfortable setting. The carpet was stained and afraid to walk without some form of footwear. Towels were stained and we did not shower due to uncleaned towels. Staff was never in the office to ask question and address concerns

We reserved this hotel months in advance for a festival only to have them cancel on us last minute leaving us scrambling to find other accomdatioba. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM as this was unacceptable

The room was clean and updated, however we spent more than 2 hours trying to get the TV to work. We followed instructions precisely with the volume but never got sound. We finally gave up. This is a known problem since they had instruction for sound.

Biker Friendly

Simple. Nice with small breakfast. Enjoyed our 1 night stay.

Owner said reservation was canceled although I show no such thing. Had a spare room and did not really want to rent it to me until I got in his face about it. All absolute nonsense and a huge waste of time.

Nice big room, close to Shiner Bock Brewery. Close to a Farm to Market road so early morning traffic noises.

We arrived late, but got checked in ok, the room was clean and ok, in need of some updates or care. We could not get hot water for bath or shower. Kinda chilly! Weather was cold, unit worked ok, convenient for us to attend wedding. Breakfast in Flatonia at Darlin Diner was great.

Check-in process went smoothly, but the representative wasn't cheerful or friendly at all. Didn't offer extra info about the amenities, like making us aware of ice machine location, washer/dryer out of service, and did not inform us that the fridge went out.. Didn't learn about the fact that the continental breakfast was not being served until next morning, even when I inquired about breakfast time, etc. Check-out process was smooth, and the morning representative was super nice and friendly, and was very apologetic about breakfast, and offered toast and coffee, and complimentary waters for us.

Staff was real friendly

Although The property is very simple . It was kept very clean & the front desk ladies were very nice & helpful. The only negative was that the tv service was not working on any tv in any of the rooms.
