Staff were great and food was delicious. Room always clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a very convenient location, although not walkable expect for a big Shopping mall; but not a problem at all ‘cause Uber works perfectly fast and cheap.

Me gusto la ubicacion , el stuff muy amable. No pudimos dormir hasta tarde porque es muy ruidoso en la mañana un dia a las 7am ya se escuchaba las radios de los trabajadores del lugar El area del desayuno muy lindo y ricas opciones exepcional servicio.

Nice breakfast

Had ants in room upon arrival. After showing the bellman he returned about an hour later and wiped down the surface but that didn’t stop them. Front desk didn’t allow us to switch rooms and we were advised that this is how it is in Columbia. They weren’t everywhere and after copious amounts of hand sanitizer/alcohol sprayed on and around the cabinets (daily) it was an ok stay overall.

Good food and modern

I did not receive any benefit as stated for the VIP offer. The mini bar was very expensive without prices listed. The staff was friendly but did not offer any benefits. The walls are very thin. If you can sleep through noise then you will be fine. The hotel is clean, staff is nice, the rooftop is beautiful.
