Seamless check-in, Julia met us at the door and showed us how everything worked. Keyless entry to both the building and the apartment. Great neighborhood, perfectly safe to walk around at night, lots of great restaurants nearby. Near to parks and museums. Several grocery stores nearby. Excellent safe secure currency exchange "Berlin Cambio" around the corner by the mall. Used Uber and Cabify (spread the wealth) to get around inexpensively by US standards. Julia locked up our luggage for us on our last day so we didn't have to lug it around until time to fly out. Having a bathtub was great. We have zero complaints and highly recommend this BlueRentals apartment and the manager, Julia.

The unit is very clean and matches the photos. Julia was very helpful amd had great communication. We were able to drop our bags a couple hours early which was very helpful. The building is on a busy street, so expect city traffic noises throughout the night. We got use to it after a couple of days. We were on the 10th floor. The swimming pool is not in good shape, dirty, with no lounge chairs. If you are choosing a unit for the pool, i wouldn't choose this one. However, the unit and building are very nice for a few nights stay close to public transport, restaurants and attractions.

Wonderful place, great breakfast, well organized and excellent communication with manager as well as a nice balcony. Location was perfect with subway nearby as well as cafés, restaurants and grocery stores. We adored our three week vacation!

Julia greeted us with a welcoming smile and let us check in early. She showed us around the apartment, answered our questions and gave us suggestions and directions for our afternoon. Throughout our 3 days she was available to answer any questions or concerns. What a great stay.

Julia is a great host - I did not like that I got the Q-R code on the day of my arrival which made it very confusing to enter the building and had to wait a few minutes outside. This made me very uncomfortable as it was my first time doing this. Please provide better instructions on this and how to go about it. What I did like about the place was the location and the size of the place. Also how Julia was very accomodating and helpful.

Great location. Walking distance to many attractions. Safe part of the city and excellent security to building. Modern building with access to pool and laundry facilities. Breakfast included at cute cafe below building. Manager extremely helpful and accommodating.

Place is very well located, clean, friendly host, very accommodating. Don't expect any luxury as the name suggests, but it was a good place to stay.

Giulia helped me a lot! And I really needed help. Everything is done on phones down in Argentina and I am not too good at that!! She helped me mange my movements.

In my recent 5 week visit to Argentina, we stayed here 6 days in the front end of our trip and 6/12 days at the back end of our trip. The place is in the heart of Recoleta with the Palermo shopping center literally a block away. The building itself looked pretty new and the units we stayed in seemed clean, well supplied and modern. The only thing I would change is the towel system. They provide 1 small towel, and 2 bath towels. I’ve never seen this at any other place, and we travel third of the year, so we’ve been to many hotels and apartels. Even though I went with my husband, I don’t want to share a towel with him. Normally the small towel is used for wiping of the hands or face after washing and the bath towel for after a bath. I think each person should have their own small towel and bath towel. Otherwise the place was great. The breakfast included is served at a cafe within a few steps from the building and the food was pretty tasty. Ailen, the manager is one of the best we’ve seen. She’s friendly, energetic,, helpful and super responsive. I asked her where to go to exchange currency, where to get my nails done, salon for my hair, nearest market both for groceries and smoked salmon, even down to where can I get my shoes repaired. She was probably sick of me by the time we left. Each time not only did she give me the recommendations but also sent a link to the business page with navigational directions. Ailen was stellar!! This is a great place to stay!

It is a beautiful apartment well placed. The days before our arrival we had some communication issues that later got resolved. When we arrived we found out the dryer was broken, so we had to hang our clean wet clothes. A wonderful surprise was an included breakfast at bakery at the corner.
