The photo is taken from a video so it's a bit blurry but the room looks really nice. I have to say that I hesitated a lot before I dared to book because I was afraid that when I got there the room wouldn't be like the photo, it would be run down. But no, just waiting in the lobby was already very satisfying. 🫶🏻🫶🏻 The hotel is beautiful, the lobby looks cozy, not very spacious but the design makes the space look small so it's not cramped. There's a convenient and comfortable breakfast buffet. It feels like eating in the kitchen at home, very close. 🥺 The food is delicious, not much and strange but diverse, both Western and Eastern. It's enough, not too much and wasteful like other hotels. As for my room, it's spacious. The bed is clean, the TV can be watched, the amenities in the room and bathroom are complete. There are 2 large windows, facing the front, with 2 layers of curtains, so when you open them, you can see everything from the house to the hotel opposite. The bathroom has hot water, it's clean beyond words. That's also the reason why I hesitated to choose a room. Many places look at the bathroom and feel disgusted, I don't dare to take a bath, but this one is different. The room is great. Great. 🤩 I booked a room with 1 bed for 2 adults and an additional charge for 1 child. But when I got there, the receptionist upgraded the room to a family room for me for free. And what else is free that I don't remember🥹. The staff is super enthusiastic. When guests wait to check in, there is water for them to drink. They even help bring luggage up for guests. They are always smiling and extremely friendly. They are also there for breakfast. The room is friendly, handsome and pretty. 🤩 I think the price is average because it's in the center of Hoan Kiem tourist street. The hotel location is also convenient, from there you can walk several streets to Hoan Kiem Lake. ‼️Minus points: the bathroom door cannot be locked, the window can be opened and you can see everything, probably because it is a family room. The air conditioner is cool but it is pre-installed so it is cold in the morning but cannot be turned off :(. The lights are a bit dim but it is warm and not dark. Ncl the hotel is really beautiful, the location is very convenient, the rooms are ok, the facilities and service are very very very great. When I return to Hanoi, I will book here again. I hope the hotel still manages and maintains the rooms well so they do not deteriorate. 🫰

Pros: The staffs are really nice and accommodating. We arrived late in the night and got upgraded to a family room. Got more mineral water, better space for sleeping, just what we needed since we spent most of the time outside. They also have optional hot menus which we liked so much, aside from buffet menus which are sufficient for this type of hotel. Super value for the price we paid. Will consider to stay in the same hotel if going there again. Cons: Bathroom door can't be closed, no suitable soap/shampoo holder in the shower room, strong garlic smells in the hallway level 5 at certain time (probably from the kitchen)

The hotel is really close to the lake, water puppet theater, and many main attractions. Staffs can converse in english and really helpful. They suggested activities to do in Hanoi. The room is not too small, and clean. Overall, recommended.

Recommended! Staff is friendly and can speak english very well. Room is super comfort and clean. Definitely will stay here in my next trip to Hanoi.

Nice experience staying at Flora hotel. The road to where is close enough. Hotel service and food is very good. The hotel is quite clean.
