Great place to spend overnight

My stay was exactly what I was looking for

My room was clean and quiet which is most important, but the rest of the property (hallways/lobby) felt a bit dirty and unkept. I'd stay again but wasn't crazy about it. Staff seemed great.

Generally a nice place to stay, just that the parking is expensive and tickets enforced. Wouldn't recommend it if you're stay several days with a car

Extremely overpriced room. The bar downstairs was so expensive same with the little store with 15$ candy. The air conditioner was so loud all night and the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The pool is small and cold. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Only good thing is the location.

New and very clean in downtown Nanaimo. The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are impeccable. Centrally located as well. Parking for hotel guests is just across the way, and is very reasonably priced. This will be my new go-to stay for Nanaimo.

Great staff, great location, the room was lovely overlooking a park and marina, all in all it could not have been a nice stay.

Front desk lady is very rude & arrogant. Keeps calling me in regards to a client, that I have nothing to do with.

Clean and bright room. Lovely hotel. Hot tub could have been hotter but was not bad. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had to ask multiple times for kettle, waited almost 40 min for it to arrive
