Amazing location, service, and experience! We will be back!

Definitely NOT quiet at night! But was well maintained and beautiful!

Beautiful Hotel. I rate them 5 Stars

We stayed at 5 different hotels during our family vacation. Our stay at the Marriott was the shortest, but it was the best! We only stayed there for two days, so we didn’t really have any expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We booked a 1-Bedroom Residential Suite and it was nice and spacious for our family! There was a king bed, a pull-out Queen sofabed (too firm), large dining table, two refrigerators, microwave, and even a washer and dryer! They had complimentary supplies like hand soap and laundry detergent (under the sink). Lauren at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating, as we were there celebrating our daughter’s Birthday. There is a Spa and a Kids’ Club. There’s also a small pool and a private beach for guests to enjoy. We loved the private beach and beachside service! Gage and the attendants at the beach were so nice and friendly! They had complimentary waters, sunscreen, floats, toys, towels, and umbrella and chairs to use at the beach! We enjoyed the food and great service at the beachside grill, Latitude, and The Deep End! The staff at this resort is what sets them apart from other resorts that we stayed at on Clearwater Beach! We have stayed at almost all the high-end resorts on the beach! We loved our stay so much that we plan to come back and stay longer next time! Thanks again for making our family vacation so fun and memorable!

I loved the efficiency. I loved the customer service and the view from my room and the cleanliness was all amazing definitely 10/10 for me. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you guys for everything keep up the great work. Money well spent.

The rooms were nice and cozy. The view from the hotel were beautiful. The roof top pool and bar were very relaxing while overlooking the ocean and watching the sunset. Only thing I did not like about the property was the parking. There is no self parking and valet is $40 a day leaving you no choice. I feel if you pay that much for a room give me an option and not make me feel like I have no choice. All in all I would recommend this location. It is on the beach and steps away from the ocean.

JW Marriott is a beautiful hotel. Very upscale and clean. Everyone is super nice and attentive. Rooms beautiful and clean and the cleaning ladies were accommodating. Beach area a little small felt like we were on top of each other but we stayed there Memorial Day Weekend. Pool area is descent, roof top with a restaurant bar area and staff were attentive as well. Cons: music was mediocre, wanted something a bit more lively, valet parking only which was expensive. Drinks were not great, we went to the Shepard's Hotel next store to have drinks. Overall it was a nice experience staying at the JW Marriott but would properly not stay there again due to being expensive and we felt it wasn't worth the money.

Staff were extremely polite, helpful, friendly & truly wanted to do their best to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The views were very beautiful especially from the rooftop pool. The hotel itself was very beautiful & immaculate. The food was unique and delicious. Spa treatments were amazing. We had a spectacular vacation!

Better cleaning of bathroom

They have cockroaches. Huge cockroaches! And this supposed luxury hotel refuses to give refunds when you don’t want to sleep in their roach infested rooms. Don’t waste your money!

The property was very nice. It was clean and very well maintained. It was in a great location. The staff was very friendly.

The property is modern, the staff is SUPERB (like literally best service I’ve had in the states) and the location is very walkable! I went for a solo trip and felt extremely safe. Their spa was also a 10/10.

Amazing service with private beach. Pool on the 11th floor offered amazing views and drinks. We were able to see dolphins daily just from our balcony. Separate kids club for ages 5-12 which was small but nice. Would highly recommend and would return.

Property was pretty just looking at the DOT equipment directly next door from our balcony was a bummer. Otherwise beyond that great views and great staff experience.

Staff was wonderful from front desk to valet services to restaurant team.
