Beautiful setting. Ocean Restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend. We will definitely return.

Beautiful waterfront property, friendly staff, nice room, breakfast delicious

Beautiful location across street from ocean with unobstructed views even from our room at the back of the hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Black, are supremely courteous. Ocean, the restaurant, serves one of the best meals in the area.

How very quaint! A wonderful overnight stay at this very charming oceanfront inn. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco and a cheese and fruit offering. Our room was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was also included in our stay ~ the dining area was to die for with full view of the ocean. A must return for a longer stay!

I highly recommend a stay at Cape Arundel Inn & Resort! Beautiful property and amenities. We hope to return one day!

B&B needs to implement some small things that could have made the stay much better. 1. Coffee in the mornings - they want you to sit down and eat at the B&B but a ton of folks go into town for coffee. A simple coffee station with to go cups would be a nice touch. (Especially at this price point). 2. Lunch Menu - very small, must go up by the pool to order. Unimpressed by the menu. They could add some small grab and go bites. 3. They have bikes on property - which are great!

This hotel, location, staff, food, accommodations are in the top 10 of anyone’s list. We had an amazing time enjoying the great food, the amazing views. Beautiful New England charm throughout!

The property was very comfortable and the view of the water was amazing. The two detractions were the many flys on the front porch and the size of the bathroom and shower. Otherwise very good and would return

Phenomenal property, the staff was incredibly accommodating (Shareen!), beautiful location. The amenities were great, loved the pool and club house, easy bike to downtown kennebunkport.
