Customer service is awesome. Hotel is beautiful, close to everything. The only downside is bathroom are too small, everything else is great.

Best staff ever, the customer service is outstanding.. you won't regret staying here. Breakfast great, pizzas amazing, clean, comfortable, pools beautiful. We really enjoyed ourselves.

I would recommend Osh Hotel to anyone traveling to Cartagena. It is right outside of the city center but it is still walking distance away. The restaurant onsite is amazing and I loved the rooftop bar! The atmosphere and ambiance were great as well! Overall, I would stay here again for my next visit!

Great Place

The hotel has a beautiful design, all the amenities are excellent and has a location close to everything.

I truly enjoyed my time at the Osh hotel and it was extremely convenient to everything. The only thing I was not a fan of was the AC because I like to have a cold room at all times and they control the room temperature.

Amazing breakfast

Great Location, walkable to the wall city. Many restaurants and bars nest to the hotel. Food at this Hotel is amazingly good. Very secure as well

Love the location. Staff was very friendly. I felt safe being there. I like that you weren’t able to just walk in at all times of the night. Very secure.

Everything was perfect!

Great stay! The room was clean but a little on the smaller side. Pools and food were great-breakfast included was a plus. Feels safe and the area is very walkable. Would stay again!

Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and elegance, ensuring that every stay is a memorable one. Johana at the front desk is amazing. A staff greeted us with the delicious welcome drink when we arrive. Manuel, and the dining room area took amazing care of our family.

Osh hotel was an excellent place to stay. Local to everything, very clean and the staff was super helpful. Loved being able to arrange transportation through the concierge. Food was great and the pool options were great.

The property is in the central downtown area and close to the airport. This is great for people who likes to walk the area and leave for sightseeing The food and drinks were amazing. Two nights we came home late and didn’t have any functioning showers or toilet with low water pressure but once we made a call the water was on in ten minutes. Great place and would stay again.

Management ( ROBIN )was GREAT AND KNEW HOW TO ACCOMMODATE AFTER THINGS STARTED ROCKY. GREAT PLACE. LOVE IT WILL GO BACK. ❤️
