Friendly staff, spacious and clean bathroom, clean room, only minus there are no hangers in the closet and the TV has no signal (wanted to report it was already late). Just a suggestion for the wifi password maybe it could be put in each room to make it easier to log in, because there is none in the room and the distance from the room to the reception is quite far.

To be honest, at first it was a bit unconvincing from the outside, but when I was inside, I was really impressed with the cleanliness, especially the toilet, it was really spacious and very clean 🥹🥰 I didn't want to hurry up but what can I do, I had to rush. It's good, for this price it's really worth it

The hotel staff are friendly, the room is super big, especially the bathroom is really big, this Reddorz class is luxury😅. The atmosphere is nice, fresh, plus yesterday when I was there it was really cold and rainy, next time I'll come here again if I go to Darajat, I'll pass

Even though there is no AC, the air is cool. It doesn't feel stuffy.

The mattress was uncomfortable and it was rickety, it was difficult to sleep. Mining's suggestion is just take it down.

Friendly Staff Once ordered at night at 2 am also served to prepare food. Recommended to stay.

Hotel pinggir jalan bonus pemandangan gunung, parkiran lumayan luas, dekat ke darajat pass, cuma beli makan aga susah jrg yang jual, harus deposit 100 K, jika > 2 or HARUS bayar extrabed 150 K (WAJIB), kamar ada kursi depan dan meja buat makan, tv aga susah cari channel, air panas kamar mandi error ga mau panas.

Walaupun bukan linen standard hotel, tapi super duper bersih, nyaman banget. Staff nya juga ramah-ramah. Cuma sayang dapet kamar yang belakang huhu. Next aku nginep lagi kasi kamar yang depan ya! Hihi.

Penginapannya bersih, luas juga. Pelayanannya bagus 👍.

Jujur sih tempatnya enak, kamarnya luas. Tapi maaf ya aku baru nemuin peraturan hotel yang ga boleh ninggalin noda/kotoran sedikitpun dan kalo ada akan di denda, menurut aku peraturan yang agak aneh sih, karena dari pengalaman hotel-hotel yang pernah aku kunjungi gak ada peraturan seperti ini. Karena yang namanya hotel apalagi RedDoorz itu yang pertama kenyamanan customer, dan kalaupun kotor atau ada noda itu sih konsekuensi karena pada dasarnya pihak hotel/RedDoorz adalah penyedia jasa penginapan jadi ya wajar-wajar aja. Jadi pas aku nginep kemaren agak hati-hati sih dan agak ga bebas mau beraktivitas soalnya takut ada noda/kotoran😅. Selebihnya it's ok, pelayanannya ramah

Very very disappointed. This is the first time staying at a hotel that is considered a motel. Have a policy that is not in accordance with the conditions of the facilities in that place, namely not being able to leave stains/stains. The story at the beginning when I checked in before being placed in, the room had lots of stains (example: sheets, walls, blankets). When checking out, we were told to pay compensation (fine) for the stains. It's okay to spend the night here again. For me this place is not looking for customers. That's it.

Tempatnya enak adem, luas juga, apalagi kamar mandinya luas sekali. Nyaman deh pokonya. Minusnya cuma susah cari makanan aja sih karena ga di sediain dari pihak penginapannya hanya minuman di kulkas aja yang ada.
