Location: The location is not far from the Trans-Sumatra Highway and the shuttle service from Silangit Airport is very helpful for hotel guests, even though the location is not directly on the Trans-Sumatra Highway.

A little far from town, there is only 1 breakfast option other than bread

The bathroom smells of sewer, the internet is slow, the TV is always setting, the hot water shower is small, the fried rice is a bit salty, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, coffee and tea in the room, the kettle is broken. There is no coordination of morning and night shifts for guests staying, we stayed for 2 days but the room key was set for 1 day, it should have been online systemically from the app to Abe Hotel, so last night we were tired of having to wait for the room key to be reset by the receptionist. However, the room was clean, comfortable, the receptionist's response was good and friendly. Thanks.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the check in process was fast.

What I like most is the airport shuttle. The fried rice, the comfortable and clean room.

The hotel staff is very friendly. There is an airport shuttle facility too. The driver is also very friendly. The food menu is delicious 😍.

In general, the hotel is quite good and clean, only the layout and equipment in the room are incomplete. The food served for breakfast is less attractive and the service is slightly below standard. It is not too late to continue to be improved to be even better. So that guests can rest peacefully, the music volume should be lowered because the large volume is clearly disturbing. Thank you.

Clean accommodation, toothbrush facilities, towels, soap, shampoo are available. The location is a bit inside, but there is a shuttle service to Silangit airport, free of charge. Approximately 15 minutes drive from Silangit airport. There is a cafe that is part of the hotel, so for dinner you don't need to leave the hotel. Free breakfast.

The room doesn't use AC, but the air is really cold.. from evening to dawn it can be 13-15°.. and during the day it's only 20-25°.. the food is very, very limited

Tempatnya nyaman dan sesuai, sejauh ini sangat rekomendasi menginap di sini.

Sebenarnya tempatnya oke, saya pesan 2 kamar di sini, tapi pas magrib tiba-tiba masalah muncul. 2 kamar itu ada anak tikus yang jalan bolak balik dari zinc ke toilet. Ada anak tikus bolak balik di zinc nya😭 dan pas tidur kaya ada yang jatuh sampe kebangun, kirain apa ternyata anak tikus😓 mau tidur jadi takut. Udah WA pihak hotel tapi WA dibaca aja ga direspon. Sampe nulis review ini ga ada tanggapan sama sekali soal tikus.

Excellent for newbie homestay at siborong borong. Clean and tidy. Good for rest for next or after traveling.

Just opened at the end of 2022. I came here in June 2022. The place is nice, neat and clean. There is a heater in the bathroom. There are cutlery. There is an electric kettle.
