Needs improvement and the receptionist's way of speaking is a bit less gentle.

The receptionist was rude, shouted, the bed had bed bugs. I booked for 2 days, but I didn't use it in the end. Checked in at noon, and decided to move to another accommodation in the evening.

The room is small, yes it can be said to be cramped. for bathroom & bedroom size. for newlyweds, it's good enough for intimacy 😂

It's really bad, don't stay here, you'll be charged a deposit and then the guard will take it. Poor boss.

Sudah bayar lewat aplikasi sampai sana di minta deposit lagi. Dimana-mana saya main ke hotel lain ga pernah di minta deposit. Dah duit saya yang udah masuk saya ikhlasin aja saya udah mls ga mau masuk situ. Jadi ga sesuai sama deksripsi di sini!

The bathroom is not clean. The walls are made of gypsum so the sound of the TV from next door can be heard. The location is in a dark shophouse area with no lights.

Room tak sesuai dengan gambar yang ada di aplikasi, untuk sekelas RedDoorz nih parah sih, kalo untuk yang hanya 6 jam atau 12 jam sih oke lah, kalo yang sampe bermalam-malam gak banget.
