The room didn't match the one on the app. Complaints to the staff were ignored, and the handling was slow.
I stayed for 13 nights. I wanted to make an early check-in but couldn't get a refund because I booked on the app. I asked for advice but there was no solution. I couldn't upgrade to another room either.
