Staff at 9 pm there was no parking space, it was unclear so customers were confused about where to park, towels were not changed for 2 days

During my 3 night stay, the room was never cleaned, when I wanted to use the dishwashing sponge, there was a creature like a maggot on it.

Friendly hotel staff and strategic location, easy access

It's actually nice but the lobby is hot, check in is hampered because the pool is dirty and the machine is broken. When I got to the room the AC wasn't cold enough to have to call the MAs several times to fix the AC, the toilet flush wasn't strong enough so it wasn't comfortable. The swing near the pool also smells and wasn't dried after getting wet so it smells like that, the bottom of the pool is also not cleaned, even though the place is nice.

The location is strategic, there is no drinking water, suitable for families and friends

The villa was dirty, the gas ran out, there was no microwave coaster, many of the lights were off, the TV above didn't turn on, asked to borrow a hair dryer, it wasn't available, there was no dispenser, only a small mineral was given, the noise was loud until 1pm from outside, and the most What's worse, the upstairs bathroom has no water...

The villa is cool, suitable for a family vacation ☺.

Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan, saya check in jam 10 malam, begitu masuk kamar ada orang lagi benerin listrik, katanya lampu taman konslet dan beberapa jaringan listrik bermasalah yang mengakibatkan pompa kolam mati. Sampai hampir jam 11 malam belum selesai juga, akhirnya saya minta dilanjutkan besok pagi saja karena saya mau istirahat. Private pool nya juga tidak bisa dipake karena pompa rusak, airnya juga kotor dan keruh. Padahal saya sudah booking 1 bulan lalu, seharusnya sudah dibenerin jauh-jauh hari atau minimal pagi harinya. Soalnya menurut teknisinya, baru malam ini dipanggil datang untuk benerin. Selain itu lemari juga dindingnya jebol, sehingga dari kasur langsung terlihat ke toilet. Jadi kalau mau mandi salah satu harus keluar kamar dulu, karena terlihat jelas dari kasur. Tapi di luar problem di atas, sebenarnya lokasi hotel cukup strategis, kamar juga cukup luas, desain nya juga bagus.

Villanya keren, bersih, kolamnya juga bersih. Worth it banget buat yang mau staycation. Sayangnya gak include breakfast.

The first day the water flow was small, one of the ACs in the room did not work, we immediately reported it to the staff, and the response was incredibly quick, thank you Aqilah!

The air conditioner is not cold enough, the room phone is not there, it's a bit difficult to lift the suitcase because it's up the stairs.

The place is strategic, the villa concept is interesting. Just be careful of mosquitoes. On Sunday nights, there is live music next to the villa which can disturb your rest.

Kamar bersih, nyaman, dekat kuta.

Very pleasant. Friendly staff, neat rooms, fragrant, clean. The pool is very fresh, clear. The location is also very strategic, close to anywhere, eating and drinking is also not difficult, there is a laundry in front, staying 3 nights, every day the room is cleaned. Great. TV facilities are okay, wifi is smooth, hot water works.

The place is delicious. The service is also good. Friendly. Only the room is not cold enough, then a lot of mosquito bites. So lots of bumps. Local tv doesn't work. So for 4 days I didn't watch TV. Watch the mti2 stream then. Then just watch YouTube for kids. But sometimes I use my own wifi. Because it often loads. Everything is okay. Only parking is very limited. Thanks aqilah villa for lodging for 4 days.

I think this is the best villa I ever stay in bali, the interior is super clean and cozy. Super aesthetic and many spot photos here. The pool is super clean. The location is so strategies, I think I will book this villa again if I come to bali as soon as possible.

Spacious, the facilities are excellent, the vibes are good, not scary. Everywhere near and everywhere with good places to eat.
