It was fun and enjoyable while we were there. I didn't expect Netflix. It was very helpful as an alternative entertainment during the heavy rain from afternoon to evening. Nice!!

from the service, cleanliness, view, everything is the best.. to bring children, there is not enough play area.. it's just a shame that the cafe only opens until 9, and for the food, in my opinion, the taste is standard for the price..

The asphalt road is good, the track is uphill several times, it's quite good. but you still have to be careful. The tourist area is full of nice plants and is well maintained ala hobits, the view is thumbs up, there is a complete cafe, towels, soap, electric kettle, glasses, the castle has 2 beds on the upper and lower floors. the rule is 1 o'clock but we arrived at 8 o'clock co 12 o'clock, so the calculation is 1 day not satisfied. try if you can be flexible but if you can't, next time if you get lucky again.

clean and quiet suitable for healing with a partner. the price of standard food tastes quite good. the downside is the road there is very high if the vehicle is not fit don't go there. the barbecue is a bit salty totaling 200 thousand. the wifi often disappears but the staff is quick if we have a problem they come straight away and fix it. there are no children's toys only a fish pond and swings so the little ones bring their own toys. the mountain view is nice. will come here again if there is time and fortune

got cabin no 5 clean room fragrant pillow sheets, clean comfortable bathroom, breakfast choices are only fried rice and fried noodles but it tastes good. safe 2-wheeled travel make sure the vehicle is in prime condition a very memorable staycation experience pampered with calming views & serene atmosphere all the staff are super friendly, thank you all

Highly recommended staycation place. Cabin is suitable for honeymooners. Castle is suitable for families. There is a cafe & restaurant with delicious food and the price is still worth it for a resort class. Especially with the view during the day and the cold air at night when hanging out and having dinner at this cafe. For the room, there is no doubt, super cozy and clean. The room facilities are also okay, there is tea, coffee, water heater, and snacks. The water heater is hot, suitable for those who like to take a warm bath. Maybe, there are only a few shortcomings. The access road to this place is quite far from the main road with a fairly extreme uphill track. There is no signal at all, here visitors rely on hotel wifi. TV is very dependent on wifi, there is no antenna or cable TV. Overall, this place is suitable for those of you who want to enjoy the atmosphere of Puncak, without having to rent a large villa at an expensive cost. Very suitable for Jakarta residents who have limited vacation time but still want to vacation with their partner or family.

The place is beautiful, cool, nice view. But unfortunately for those who stay and want to take pictures on the sky bridge, they have to pay. That should be part of the facilities, right? Because apart from the view, there are no other facilities besides the bridge for photo spots. There's not even a swimming pool. One more thing, you have to pay to access the waterfall. Even though if you look at the access from the resort, it's steeper and more dangerous than access from outside, and it turns out to be closer and not as steep if you go from outside the resort. Then I ordered the castle plus which had a welcome drink, when I asked, the welcome drink was a bottle of Aqua and sachets of tea and coffee, isn't that always available when we stay at a hotel?

Access to the location is tense but it pays off with a place with a good view, clean rooms, and clean toilets. The breakfast is so-so. The cafe, in terms of coffee taste and price, is still okay. Maybe a trash can can be provided outside each camp. Wi-Fi is a bit difficult, photo spots if you want to make them paid, so consider the price again because there is no photographer service.

The hotel staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the rooms and the place must be maintained, the facilities are complete, cool, cold even without AC, safe parking and a spacious hall, the place is comfortable, it's just that the road access to the Camp De Catarina location has many steep slopes, you must use a vehicle that is really healthy.

1. Facilities: Very minimal facilities. Especially if you bring children, there are no facilities for children. 2. You are not allowed to bring a portable stove. This is the first time glamping does not allow BBQ. 3. The receptionist is not friendly. Hopefully it can be fixed.
