Nice hotel, good location, enthusiastic staff especially Son

Son's staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The room is near the center, easy to get around.

Staff the name hieu is the bestt, if you visit Hanoi don't forget to come here. Ami Old Quarter Hotel top mantap is the best.

Bad soundproofing. Very noisy at night. Room is smaller than in the photo. Friendly staff.

The worst hotel I have ever come across, it's so dirty, ants everywhere, dirt, I think it's the worst hotel in the world.

It was not a pleasant hotel to stay, far from my expectations. Location is near to the restaurant and night market if you stay on the weekend you can walk to the night market. AC and hot water working well, but the cleanliness in the bathroom is poor, I saw flies in the bathroom, the amenities was sadly sachet shampoo, no soap in the soap dispenser. The staff is polite & helpful, check in process also fast.

Hotelnya sederhana tapi bersih dan nyaman. Letaknya sangat strategis, sekitaran Old Quarter. Kemana-mana dekat hanya jalan kaki aja. Kebanyakan tourist dari Europe yang menginap di sini. Recommended 👍.
