The location is very strategic, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the Wi-Fi quality is very poor, and it was unusable at the time. The facilities are quite old, so even though they are clean, they still look a bit dirty. Parking is 100 meters from the hotel area, so take note if you want to come by car.

The staff was very friendly, the room is exquisite, but the wifi for the tv didn't work and it's a big deal to me. But bare that everything else works just fine

The room smelled musty and the bed was damp.

The microwave is really moldy, the cutlery is oily, the sofa is dirty, many corners are dusty 😫😭

I only stayed for one night, yet I had a great sleep. The place is quiet and comfortable. It has a small kitchen and refrigerator so I could make a ramen which is my comfort food. There's also a dispenser to refill my water bottle.

Friendly staff, it's safe and secure during your stay, but because there are many boarding houses here, it's a bit noisy, the rooms and facilities are the same as the pictures.

The place is clean and according to the hotel review photos. The concept is really cool, like a mini studio.

Overall good, but when I stay at that moment, got problem with wifi connection, and no signal cellular data on my room, please be prepare and have another plan when got issue with wifi. Because other point such as cleanliness, comfortable for this room pretty good

Suasana area hotel nyaman agak masuk gang tapi ok, staff ramah proses cekin cekout cepat, kamar agak kecil tapi ada kitchen dan tipe kamar unik overall good.

The hotel seems pretty new, but is very poorly maintained. Ventilation has a lot of dust on it for example. Also a lot smaller than it looks like on the pictures.

The staff is friendly. Only the car park is far. Then the room is also rather small.

Kamarnya cukup nyaman walau terbilang agak kecil dari yang saya banyangkan, ditambah sedang ada renovasi di sebelah jadi sangat menggangu waktu istirahat karena pengerjaan sudah dilakukan sejak pukul 7 pagi. View jendela juga tembok bangunan jadi kamar terasa redup. Untuk kebersihan menurutku masih bisa ditingkatkan lagi karena microwave cukup kotor saat saya ingin pakai. Untuk tempat sampah hanya ada 1 di luar ruangan, tidak ada di dalam toilet. Tersedia kompor dan panci, tapi perlu catatan untuk yang ingin stay di sini tidak ada water heater, piring dan alat makan. Tapi akses gofood sangat banyak di Setiabudi jadi better gofood. Staffnya semua ramah, tidak ada musholla tapi bisa pinjam alat solat sama receptionistnya.
