Hello KT customer, I am sorry that you had such an experience. However, as the landlord and the person who worked directly with you, as well as supported you, I would like to clarify the following facts: - Your stay is for 14 nights, however during that time I have not received any feedback regarding the above apartment conditions. I have other apartments to exchange for you, and it would be easier if you let me know directly during your stay. - The water in Vinhomes Ocean Park apartments is actually quite strong, maybe you don't know how to use the faucet effectively. - Making a monthly car card: because you are staying in an urban area of Vinhomes, there will be rules from Vinhomes management about the time to make the card that you and I must follow, usually it will be 1 week and I gave you the card after 3 days when you requested, not only that, initially you provided a driver's license and a car image of 2 different types. Please understand that the driver's license and the car must be the same to protect your rights when you park your car in the urban area.
