The experience at ixora is really satisfying, most of the staff are friendly, enthusiastic, the view is so beautiful, I just have a little comment that I feel the power outlet in the room is not very good so please check it again.

Very clean, can use both Ixora and The Grand swimming pools, hope the resort fixes the mosquito problem. Will come back.

In overall, the resort is good with its pricing: - Staff: friendly and professional - Room: clean, equipped, nice arrangement - Public space: clean (better if having more trees) - Breakfast: very tasty to me (better if having more choices) - Swimming pool: nice view, always The biggest disavantage is, it does not have beach. However, the beach of Grand Ho Tram is shared with Ixora, quite easy to access. In overall, I am happy to stay here, will come back.

Dear Team, First of all, I would like to thank you for the recent stay at the hotel - my family had a very pleasant and memorable experience. However, I would like to contribute a few comments to help the hotel improve the quality of service in the future: The bathroom in the room has an unpleasant smell, seemingly coming from the drain. The swimming pool water has a strong chlorine smell. Even though I showered after swimming, my body still had a strong chlorine smell. The receptionist did not know the operating hours of the restaurant on the premises. My family was advised to go to the Khoi restaurant, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. This was inconvenient, especially because there were elderly people in the group who had difficulty moving around. We hope that the hotel will take note of the above comments so that we can serve our customers better and better. Once again, thank you and wish the hotel continued development.

The stay at Ixora Ho Tram was truly wonderful! The campus is spacious, quiet and clean, very suitable for relaxation. The rooms are modern, comfortable and have an extremely beautiful sea view. The staff is professional, friendly and always ready to support. A small minus point is that the check-in time is quite late, until 4 pm, causing a bit of inconvenience if you arrive early. However, in return, the accompanying services such as swimming pool, restaurant, private beach ... are all very high quality and worth experiencing. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay here and will definitely come back in the future.

The staff is gentle and polite, check-in time is a bit late (4:00 PM) after 4:00 AM. The space around the garden room has insects biting it.

First, I feel that the room here is very convenient, smartly designed, almost fully equipped with all necessary items, meeting all needs. The room is arranged reasonably and neatly, giving a cozy feeling like a small house. Because I booked a room with a sea view, I felt very happy, I could sit in the dining room watching the sea, or lie on the balcony and chill 😍 In addition, the resort also gave me a pair of beautiful swans and a delicate letter when I received a note from my newlywed wife and I. At night, I can walk around, or take an electric car to see the water music. In the morning, I go swimming in the pool, if I want to swim in the sea, there is also an electric car to take me to the beach. As for the buffet, it is so delicious, all the food is fresh. Overall, for my husband and I, this is a place worth experiencing, the price is reasonable, and the staff here are also very cute ❤️

Plus points: - The hotel has a beautiful view, beautifully built, everything is new and modern - The staff is fast and enthusiastic - The breakfast is of good quality, well-seasoned, especially the cakes - The gym is clean, has water, towels, and a yoga yard I think my experience would be better if: - The hotel should allow earlier check-in: 4pm check-in, 12pm check-out... not even 24 hours of stay, not to mention the time to prepare to check in & out, which made my experience not good, I felt deprived of the time to use the services at the resort. - The price of water at the swimming pool is more reasonable, I currently find the price of water unreasonably expensive. - The children's playroom should be free (the price I paid: 50k/hour/child) - The glass doors should be cleaned more because: the hotel view is so beautiful, my group of friends and I want to take pictures and enjoy this view through the hotel glass door instead of having to go outside, I believe any guest staying here will regret it like me just because the glass frame is not clean

Quite worth the money. There is a shuttle bus from SG and all services are complete. The area is beautiful but a bit sad, few services, however there is a bus to Holiday Inn and The Grand, the area there is quite crowded. The breakfast buffet is ok, with many new dishes compared to other buffets I have eaten.
