A comfortable hotel with a resort atmosphere, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. I stayed with my family. Plus, the facilities are quite complete, the room was clean, I happened to be upgraded to a deluxe balcony with a parking lot view. The staff service was also friendly and responsive, providing a lot of information, especially Mas Rifqi. Although I arrived, I had to wait for the room to be ready, but fortunately it wasn't too long and a welcome drink was provided in the lobby.

Upon arrival, there was a cigarette butt still in the toilet, even though we had been told it was a non-smoking room. As a result, we, with allergies, were sneezing like crazy, and our toddler almost got it on us. The room card wouldn't open, but with the help of the security guard, we were finally able to get it, and we were directed back to reception to get a new card. So we had to go up and down twice because we couldn't get it back. I had asked for my child's toys to be delivered to our room from the lobby, and the staff from the morning agreed. However, when I arrived to check out, they hadn't been delivered, and I forgot about them, so I ended up returning to the hotel after check-out just to retrieve them. Overall, we liked the room and the quiet location, though they could be improved.
