Honestly, this was my first time staying at a hotel with a check-in time of 3:00 PM WIB, even though the app stated 2:00 PM WIB. The problem was, I arrived at 12:00 PM to drop off my luggage, and when I actually checked in it was around 4:15 PM, but the room still wasn't ready. When I asked why, none of the three receptionists who were on duty told me to be patient or explain it. Finally, they said the room was still being cleaned. But let's look at it: this hotel asked us to check out at 12:00 PM, and then check-in wasn't until 3:00 PM, meaning there was a three-hour window (or in my case, 4 hours and 15 minutes), and it proved impossible to prepare the room.
The second problem occurred the next morning, the sun hadn't risen yet, and the hotel, well, this "hotel," had gone out twice without any emergency lights in the room—it was a complete blackout. It was even difficult to find my phone, even using it as a flashlight.
I'm not a frugal guest, so I ordered quite a lot: tom yum with rice, fried noodles in a packet, noodle soup, tofu and meatballs, tempeh mendoan, sweet and sour chicken (more like balado, if I'm not mistaken) with rice, and one more thing—I forget what my first child ordered, maybe kwetiauw.
Besides this, I ordered a drink, but since they said it was sold out, I didn't order it...
As usual, the hotel's food and the chef's were disappointing, just average, barely edible...
It's not that I don't have any photos, I'm just lazy about uploading them, because the photos are on my phone and this one is on my laptop.
