Very uncomfortable and unpleasant. At the beginning of check in it was very unpleasant.
1. We arrived at the place at 13.55, even though it was less than 5 minutes but we were not accepted for registration, only registration did not enter the room, had to wait until 14.00, even though it was only registration. The staff who handled it was a man.
2. The problem of room occupants, this is the first time I know that the family room that is available should be 4 people but is charged per person, even though the price of the room we bought from the family room agent, (meaning which one can be filled for 4 people) is included in the price without additional costs, but here the family room rate is still calculated for 2 people, more than that is charged 450 thousand per person. Very unreasonable.
3. Breakfast problem, the service on the phone is very unethical, because the staff (male) who called was rude in speaking when we asked for breakfast to be brought to the room, by replying "Sir, can't you come to the restaurant?", as far as I know, with breakfast we can ask for breakfast to be brought to the room, why is that, because when checking in, we were offered a choice of breakfast menus and that meant breakfast could be brought to the room. It was different when checking in, we were not offered what we wanted but were informed that breakfast was at the restaurant and we couldn't have breakfast in the room, then we asked, but at least politely, "Why can't you have breakfast at the restaurant?". It was really unpleasant.
