When I first arrived, I was given an unmade room. The bathroom tiles were slippery and smelly. The service was strange, the guest wasn't shown to the room.

The villa is strategically located near Kebumen town square, the building is cool and semi-classical, and the service staff are friendly.

At first I was a bit hesitant when I saw other customer reviews, but when I arrived I was very satisfied, the check in & check out process was very easy, the guards were also kind & friendly, the room was clean, the AC was very cold, towels were provided, there was no noise, I slept comfortably, the vehicle parking was also safe, recommended!! 👍

Highly recommended, hot water is OK, cold water is OK, the AC is PUOLL cold, the bathroom is clean, the room and bed towels are all clean and tidy. Thank you urban lukulo ❤️🫡

Type kamar tidak sesuai dengan yang saya pesan. Kamarnya sempit dan kotor. Handuk tidak dapat di gunakan, Kamar tidak sesuai dengan gambar. Pelayanan hotel buruk.

Cukup sekali ini saja menginap di sini mungkin jam tidur uara token listrik bunyi seprai kotor, ruangan kurang perawatan.

Sebenarnya awalnya baik, kami dibolehkan check in meski waktu masih menunjukkan jam 12.00 tapi menjadi tidak nyaman karena AC tidak berfungs dengan semestinya (kami pesan 2 jamar dan kedua kamar AC bermasalah). Ketika komplain ke receptionis dijawab, "petugas sedang tidak ada tapi memang biasanya seperti itu nanti akan dingin setelah waktu lama". Kami tunggu sampai 3 jam (pukul 15.00) tetap tidak dingin. Mau istirahat siang tidak bisa karena selain kamar sangat panas juga di samping kamar (jarak 3 m dari kamar) sedang ada yang karaoke. Saran: cek AC setiap saat apakah masih fungsi baik atau tidak, pindah tempat karaoke ke pojok taman (barat utara) supaya tidak mengganggu deretan kamar yang bersebelahan.

Including good for 2 stars, fast check-in, ask for late checkout to be allowed. Rooms are comfortable, clean. Only towels that are uncomfortable don't absorb water. Improve again to make it even better!

Best choice for solo travelers in Kebumen City. Near the Indomaret store that opens 24/7 and "Malioboro of Kebumen" on Pemuda street.
