the staff is friendly🙏🏻 the room is spacious, clean and the air conditioner is cold, it turns out the price of 1 extra bed is 250 & worth it. when breakfast is also delicious, you can eat outside near the swimming pool🏊‍♂️ access to Pemalang station is really close, just walk 3 minutes to get there🙌🏻 the restaurant food is okay, delicious, worth it, I ordered the meat lovers pizza, and it turns out the (ice) Wijaya coffee is also delicious, highly recommended for take away to drink on the train, nice experience overall

Choose a superior room, it turns out the room area is quite spacious, even though it is a double bed, next to it there is enough empty space to store suitcases and other items. Really like the cleanliness of every side in the room, the shampoo and soap use natural ingredients👍🏼 overall comfortable staying here

The hotel room was not soundproof so I was not comfortable.

Overall the hotel is comfortable, in the middle of the city so it's close to everywhere, the room is very comfortable but the amenities are lacking, you have to request them first, there is no AC in the hotel lobby so it's hot, it seems like the facilities for the hotel's public areas need to be improved (AC lobby, air freshener) the room is not soundproof, you can still hear noise from the next room, the breakfast is not very varied, but overall it's okay 👌

Food has always lacked fruit, which I think has always been too little. Sometimes when eating, we don't get any even though it's still morning.

There is little variety in food, the bathroom floor drain is small for water to pass through, the connecting door between rooms is not tight so sleeping in the room is not comfortable/less privacy

Are the walls made of wood or thin walls because the sound of the TV and the sound of the person next door on the phone while crying can be heard clearly and really disturbs the comfort of sleeping?

The hotel is close to the station, easy to reach and has ample parking.

I had a fantastic feast with my friends! We booked two rooms, and they all raved about the hotel, saying it was wonderful. Despite not being a 5-star hotel, it was truly enjoyable. The food was a highlight - everything was delicious! The rooms and facilities were clean, and the hotel's proximity to the train station was convenient. One suggestion for improvement: adding refrigerators to deluxe rooms would be great, especially given the hot weather in Pemalang as I would like my water to be cold. My friend did mention that the meat in the Rawon Iga Bakar was a bit tough to chew. Unfortunately, I didn't take many photos, but I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Please keep up the good work, especially with the affordable food prices!
