This is the worst experience for people who are tired of transiting from Pasar Lama Tangerang and Pik, when we arrived there it was already night around 10:30 at night and we were still told to wait, they said the rooms were full and they said they would clean them first, what's the use of the application if when we got there the rooms were sold because the guests came at night, everything was bad, whether it was the service or the facilities, my first and last time at a Sans hotel.

first time sharing a bad experience, sorry to say but the receptionist was not friendly, who should have been the most welcoming to guests but this time she was not, I had written a special request for early check-in but when I arrived I was shocked and the information was that it was not possible. If I could add a fee of 70k, it would have been okay to pay but they said it was still not possible. Finally we waited in the lobby, maybe because we were disturbed waiting in the lobby so we were finally able to check in. When checking out the receptionist was silent, she didn't say anything at all, she just returned my ID card. I wanted to think positively because I had a toothache but I was talking loudly with my friend + laughing

I swear it's really comfortable, really nice, the place is really clean. Highly recommended. The toilet is clean, the water can be hot/warm/cold. Lots of soap and it's good. The staff are also friendly. Spacious parking lot, easy to find coffee, snacks and heavy meals.
