The water is not on. The toilet is dirty. There are no blankets.

The place is in an alley but clean, luckily got a seat above so the view is pretty good. Only the bathroom is a bit less clean but everything else is okay.

I once stayed on the 2nd floor and in the morning I wanted to take a shower, the water ran out, meaning it wasn't flowing. It turned out that their water tank was empty and no one knew so I had to go down to ask and it took about 15 minutes before I could take a shower.
