I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff provided outstanding service from check-in to check-out and were always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel was well-kept, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the property. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a team that genuinely cares about its guests. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The friendly experience

Clean and friendly staffs. Free parking, coffee and water. The hotel is next to Burger King and Marcado is across the street. Highly recommended this hotel

Glasses or cups in the room. Other than that all good for a one night stay. Restaurant attached. Free coffee and tea facility.

Free oarking

Only downside is that the parking is limited and narrow, but if you drive a small vehicle you won’t have much problems. The breakfast buffet is very good. A bit noisy before midnight but other than that is a very good and affordable option if you prefer to stay away from the chaotic Madrid traffic.

Hotel food was freshly made and looked apertizing, coffee was good.

Large bedroom, pet friendly. On site parking with a few EV chargers. Ideal location for stopover on the way south of Alicante. Bar and restaurant facilities plus breakfast option. Also fast food outlets nearby if required.

Very comfortable and attractive hotel. Had dinner at the restaurant and was pleased with the food and service. Front desk was excellent and informative. Had breakfast before leaving and was also pleased with the coffee and selection of foods. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean and spacious room

The Room was ok, bathroom was grubby. We ate in the restaurant, we ordered 2 burgers, both arrived cold. They returned with the same burgers 5 minutes later still cold. I definitely wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

The room had a stench of stale cigarette smoke.

Clean facility. Safe. Good area. Some choices for food

Limpio, bien organizado. Buena atención y excelente desayuno. Café y chocolate siempre gratis. A 15 minutos mas o menos de la gran via. Cargador de auto eléctrico gratis. Si escogías que no te limpiaran la habitación el desayuno era gratis para una persona. Hicimos ese cambio

Excellent overall room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. So 10/10 would definitely stay there again.
