In terms of appearance, this hotel has a homey feel and the outside area of the hotel is clean even though it is still under construction, the friendliness of the staff is beyond doubt, the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom walls needs to be improved because there are still stains, then the cleanliness of the bed sheets also needs to be improved because there are still stains in several places that need to be cleaned, maybe a little suggestion, the yellow lights in the room need to be replaced with 'warmer' lights so that sleeping is more comfortable, maybe for some people the location is not too strategic because it is not in the city center, but if you need a snack in the middle of the night, there is a food stall across from the hotel that is open until dawn, thank you 🙏

For the second and third time staying at this hotel, overall it was good, just a small problem yesterday, the sheets and bed cover were a bit dirty, after complaining they asked for a replacement and it was replaced. Thanks Shappire Hotel🙏

Alhamdulillah... Traveloka and hotel services are very satisfying. I stayed here for the second time. Traveloka is always right on the availability of rooms in an emergency when I stayed because my mother-in-law had to be hospitalized. Booked a room suddenly, even though there was only 1 room left, it was in accordance with what was stated in the Traveloka application. The hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you Traveloka and Saphire Hotel.

A fairly good hotel for business trips

Every time I go to Kudus, I always choose to stay at the Sapphire Hotel. The staff are friendly, the check-in and check-out process is fast, the atmosphere is very Balinese, especially in the afternoon, the view of the pool and its surroundings is very beautiful. I have never been disappointed staying here, overall good

friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, strategic location, wifi is a bit slow maybe because I stayed with a full booking group so many people used it but overall it was very satisfying.. I also borrowed a steam iron and the staff was very helpful in using it..

Food in the restaurant has many menu choices, affordable prices. Room cleanliness is very good. Wifi signal is very good.

Pool area has a lot of trash from food on the edges of the table that fell. Pillow cases are very dull. Cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. Early in the morning there is a smell of smoke from the surroundings.

The swimming pool is noisy until 10:30 PM. At 4 AM, the smell of burning garbage. The cleanliness of the room, especially the sheets and pillow cases, is lacking. While sleeping, I was already wearing a bed cover, but the soles of my feet were bitten by bed bugs. What is the SOP for cleanliness and comfort?
