good location, across from Alfamart so easy to shop cleanliness is maintained service & facilities are sufficient, in the room I ordered twin bed there was no chair and no soap available Delicious food, ordered chicken lalapan, the taste was great Comfortable room, soft and comfortable mattress

The room is very narrow. There is no tap for ablution, even though the basic is sharia. But the price is very affordable.

The room is clean, but the 24-hour wifi is great. Staying here is highly recommended. The owner is also friendly & you can watch Netflix ☺️

With that price, it's actually worth it, but sadly there was a drama of an error in the room key 😭 from the beginning of entering -+ 18.00 WIB the door alarm had sounded, I had reported it to the receptionist, they said, the alarm would stop by itself, it was still ringing for -+ 1 hour, finally I wanted to report it again because the alarm was quite annoying, I got out of the room, when I wanted to go back in, the door couldn't be opened at all with the alarm still ringing, my body was tired, my belongings were locked inside, tomorrow morning I had to go to immigration again, if I was late my passport money was forfeited, it could only be opened again in the middle of the night after being opened with a manual key, suggestion: if the guest has reported a problem with the door, it should have been checked immediately & if it can't be fixed quickly, replace it with another room, so the guest can immediately rest in peace, especially since it turned out that the guest before me also experienced the same thing

Overall it's good, but all rooms are non-smoking rooms. It's difficult for smokers.

I didn't stay overnight due to a communication error from RedDoorz. When we arrived the room was full. I ask for a refund 🙏🏻.

In terms of cleanliness, it is very unsupportive, plus if you want to go to the upper floor you have to go through the kitchen where the smell of cooking spreads throughout the hotel. For Muslims, there is no space to pray because the rooms are very small and for supplies such as tissue, soap, or toothpaste you have to buy them from outside. I only stayed there once and it was a big trauma, and that was because I was in a tight spot and the guy said that if you want to stay overnight, it's better to just come directly because the price is cheaper.

The restroom, hallway, stairwell, lobby/reception area & front porch are dirty & untidy. The bathroom is okay, with hot water & shower.

Excellent. The atmosphere is also comfortable. Wifi is a bit slow maybe because it uses a lot.

The water is blocked, the AC remote is problematic. The receptionist was quite helpful but the first impression was already uncomfortable.
