The reception, Ms. Tracy very helpful, informatif, and good communication. The room was spacious, clean, complete facilities (hair dryer, iron, steam iron). Meal from breakfast is variatief, the taste is good, and the chef is helpful to inform me (as a muslim) regarding ingredient of the food. But the way to enter the hotel is through a small alley that is not visible from the side of the road.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Miss Tina allowed us to take a shower and change clothes, she even gave us towels and soap. Miss Rose was also very helpful, she helped us book a car to the airport. We even got angpao because that day was Lunar New Year. The location of the hotel is in an alley, as soon as you exit the alley you will be greeted by Beer Street which is very crowded with visitors. Even so, the hotel atmosphere remains calm and we can rest well. Some things that need to be improved: cleanliness of the room, especially the floor so that it is swept if the guest asks for clean my room. . The sheets should also be changed if the guest wants it, not just tidied up.

Room was great a bit small but very comfortable. They are Very friendly staff! Specialy the ladies at front desk she name is 'tracy' for helping us during I stay until we check out. And we have great breakfast! Thanks the cosy inn its good experience ☺️☺️

The room ia cozy, the location is in the center of old quarter, you can easly fine food nearby. Tina and trecy were very friendly amd helpful during our stay.

The staffs are very attentive, especially Tracy who helped us very much. The room price is reasonable for its size, but when sleeping, it is not completely dark because there is light coming in from the walls of the room.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Only the entrance to the alley is busy.

Very recommended! 😍🥰. When I first found the hotel, it was a bit difficult because it was in a small alley. But when you enter, you immediately feel the vibe of the hotel is really comfortable. Even though the lobby is small, it is clean and smells good 👍🏻. All the staff are also friendly, super helpful, can speak English so communication is easy. Booked 3 rooms and got 2 rooms upgraded so you got a more spacious room ❤️. The rooms are clean, tidy, and the furniture also looks new so it feels even cleaner. Breakfast is on the 8th floor. The food is simple but still delicious and you can choose from the menus provided (so it's not a buffet). All we can take ourselves are drinks, fruit and bread. The location is also strategic. Get off the hotel straight into a busy area full of places to eat ❤️.⭐️ 10/10

What I really like from the hotel is the hospitality. The staffs are all nice and helpful. The receptionist (Tracy) and another man in the front desk helped us a lot in recommending cheaper transport and guiding us the easier way to places wanted to visit.

The rooms are quite small but really nice, even though the size is very small it is really convenient to work here, to use the bathroom, TV, shelves etc. They offer electronic cards to access the rooms. AC works flawlessly, and there is enough light in the room, The bulbs are bright enough and the windows are big. Furniture is almost like new, I can't find any big flaws, the room is clean. Breakfast is OK, not brilliant, it ' s just OK, the restaurant is located on the roof so there are nice views above the roofs. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is an elevator to get your luggage to your room. As for me there are not enough wall plugs, there are two near the bed and one under the table, the second one under the table is partly covered by the table, so only a few devices with small-sized plugs can use it. There are several small convenient stores nearby, and many restaurants, sportbars and pubs.

The room actually good, morning staff is very good and beautiful and so humble, also the food taste good, the location very good and strategic.

Excellent service! Thank you Tracy and team, I'm a happy customer! We can get early check in and switch breakfast, very flexible which what all traveler needs. The room is also big, and they can give you airport transfer with good price. I stay 8 days in vietnam (da nang, hanoi, sa pa) and I can say, this is the best hotel I've experience. Will book this hotel again when back to hanoi. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley and can be a bit difficult to find.

This accommodation is located near everywhere. Their service was impeccable, and the room is nice its because new hotel. Every staff has a great command of English and very helpful to give the information especially Tracy.

Room and location is good. However, the room is not fully unclosed. We can hear noises when sleeping. The room door has a crack as well.

The room is very beautiful, clean and comfortable, extremely suitable for a vacation. The amenities in the room are also quite complete, you don't have to prepare too much other than personal items. The receptionist is very cute and friendly, Mr. Giang or something, you even care about the guests to the point of asking why my eyes are red =)) 100 points. In general, the Receptionists enthusiastically support guests with questions about the hotel and the streets of Hanoi. Moreover, if you check out early, they still tell you to send your things back when you go to the airport to come back to pick them up. carry it around. Oh, one more thing, the first day I arrived 1 hour earlier than check-in time, but if the room was available, they would still let me check in that day, without having to wait, which was great. The kitchen makes good breakfast, easy to eat, has luxurious European dishes, and also plays music to suit your taste =))
