The hotel staff was nice, I was given the 1st floor because I brought my parents, but there were quite a lot of small ants in the room, please pay more attention. Oh yeah, there is also free coffee and a microwave here.

The location is very strategic. Close to the station and close to Pasar Lama at night. The lack of lighting in the rooms is not very bright.

Dirty sheets, damp walls, smelly bathroom, dirty & slippery, smoking is not allowed but cigarette smoke comes in from outside the room, smelly towels, the room is super small & for that price it is too expensive because the facilities provided are very lacking.

The hotel is strategic, near Tangerang Street and the culinary scene of Pasar Lama, in front of it there is a salon and cafe too, near famous restaurants too. The room atmosphere is comfortable, cold AC, smart TV, fast wifi, soft clean pillows, clean floors, toilet and sink are also clean. The downside is that the table has dirty spots, the walls of the room that are in a row with the bathroom are very damp, the walls in the bathroom are also dull, and it is not soundproof even though the room is in the middle, not close to the road, but it is still noisy. Overall it's okay. Maybe the next staff can be friendlier to customers. If customers ask questions, answer them in a friendly manner, don't give half-hearted answers
