The staff was very friendly. Because we were stuck in traffic, we checked out a little late (30 minutes) and didn't incur any additional charges.

There is only 1 thing that I am disappointed with. Regarding the WIFI facility. Traveloka states that there is a wifi facility. But after arriving at the hotel, I asked the owner directly. He said there was no wifi. Even though the description states the wifi facility. Hadeeh.
