The service is friendly, the prices are affordable and the facilities are good, but there is no hot water.

Great. Recommended, next time I'll stay here again if I go to Palu.

Not pleasant. Very poorly maintained, dirty bathroom, smelly pillows, waking up with an itchy body.

Have stayed here several times. Like it because the location is strategic. The price and facilities are worth it.

The water channel is clogged. So it stagnates. All over everything is good. The only minus is that. There is no hot water. There is only 1 towel. There is soap. Drinking water 2.

Bathroom Light is Dead but won't change. Shower comes out small.
