I really liked the service and the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom, especially the floor under the shower, could use a thorough cleaning. The chicken might need to be checked for freshness. But these shortcomings wouldn't deter me from staying again.

It looks like it needs some insect cleaning, there was a small cockroach in the room, but overall it was okay. Regarding breakfast variety, fried rice should be served ready-made, as it can be quite a long wait if you're in a rush when there are a lot of people. Otherwise, it's okay.

I checked in at 11 p.m. and was still well-served. I asked for a power outlet and a work lamp. My room's light was yellow, so I asked for white for some light, and the staff was very helpful.

Horison Ultima has become a regular choice for me when I stay overnight in Jakarta. I can request a room there. Recommended.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the food was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is quite old, with the air conditioning not cooling well, and the hallways and elevators were hot and smelled musty. The beds were hard and noisy and need upgrading. After the room was cleaned, no mat was provided, toilet paper and water were not refilled, the bathroom trash was not emptied, and calls to reception were not answered.
