It is really difficult to call the receptionist here. The service here is mostly check-in and check-out, but calling the receptionist dozens of times is not possible.

Room quality is too bad, mattress and blanket are old, mattress sinks deeply, I got allergic because staff is not ok. Convenient location, I suggest the hotel should invest in mattress, sheets and blankets again.

The hotel is located right in the city center, very convenient to go anywhere. Da Lat market is only about 150m away, and the new market/second-hand market is right in front of the alley, most of the time it's only about 3km to have breakfast/play, very convenient. The hotel staff and receptionist are very attentive and dedicated. On the app, I could only check in at 2pm, but when there was a room available, the receptionist called for early check-in, around 11am, I was already there. I arrived early at the hotel so I could leave my luggage and then I walked around Da Lat until 11am to check-in. Very convenient, the staff took care of the guests enthusiastically and attentively. The hotel and rooms were clean, with reasonable prices and a central location. When I checked in, the fan was missing, but after calling the receptionist, they supported me immediately and very quickly. In general, the service, location, everything is good. If I go to Da Lat again, I will still choose this hotel!!

The night shift staff saw that the guest didn't even smile but looked angry. The hotel's soundproofing was terrible. The room next door could hear the shower. The parking lot was tiny and dirty.

Kamarnya sangat unik dan saya menyukainya. Tapi akan lebih baik kalau kamar mandinya memiliki pintu dan exhaust fan.

Phòng tương đối nhỏ. Và cách âm quá tệ.

Anyone who comes here to stay in room T03 will love it because the tke room is unique. The price is cheap too. I really like this hotel. Opposite a 5* hotel and extremely close to the market.
