The downside is that there are no facilities whatsoever, not even a blanket or water, and the worst thing is that there are no towels, let alone toiletries like soap and toothbrushes. The upside is that the AC is cold, the TV uses Android, and the atmosphere is calm, so calm that there are no other residents besides me. The atmosphere of the inn is scary around the inn and the inn.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights, a very friendly inn... pocket-friendly... heart-friendly... the owner is very friendly... the room is clean and comfortable.. the parking lot is spacious and safe... we highly recommend Niza Guest House for friends who want to travel to Banyuwangi...

Highly recommended because the owner is kind, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, there is a shared kitchen even though the location is a bit far from the city center & the environment is quiet and not noisy. Satisfying 👍

You can get accommodation for only 100 thousand with a super clean room, a clean bathroom even though it is small, comfortable, spacious parking, there is a kitchen that can be used by anyone. The man is friendly and must show a marriage certificate for couples. Next time I stop by in Ketapang again, God willing, this is recommended 👍🏻

Arrived in Banyuwangi at night, easy check in. Friendly owner. However, it is advisable to contact the guest house contact a few moments before arriving (to coordinate to speed up the check in process) because the owner does not live in the guest house. I called suddenly right at the location, but the owner was quick, 5 minutes later he greeted me. 😊. Got a room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean, neat and bright. Worth it 😊👍. Only the bed turned out to be a bit small and made a bit of noise. An exciting morning, the streets around the guest house were cool and the locals were friendly. I bought fried snacks and breakfast nearby. Only need to walk a bit. Check out was delivered again by the owner. Overall nice, worth it and thank you 😊.

The location is a little bit into the village, so it is more suitable for those who bring their own vehicles. Later, you will be given a room key and a gate key, so you can freely go in and out. The atmosphere is calm. Because it is a boarding house, it feels like just staying in a boarding house. The AC is cold enough to combat the heat of Banyuwangi. There are no blankets, because if you are cold, you can just turn off the AC. The bed size is 120×200. So, if it is for 2 people, it is a bit cramped. But the owner provides an extra bed if you want. The bathroom is clean with a squat toilet. Liquid soap and a traveling toothbrush package are provided. There is also a drying rack for drying towels and used snorkeling clothes. The room faces east, so it gets the morning sun. Chairs/sofa and table are provided, as well as 1 wardrobe with a full-body mirror. There is a Smart TV in front of the bed, so you can watch while lying down. There is a common kitchen on the 1st floor, but you have to bring your own ingredients, including drinking water, which you have to buy yourself (no welcome drink). There is also a prayer room. Overall, I am very satisfied staying here. The facilities are more than the price in my opinion. Next time, if I go to Banyuwangi again, I want to stay here again.

The owner is nice 👍🏼. The rooms have AC, smart TV, shower and wardrobe. No blanket, but who wants a blanket in hot weather 😅. Wifi is quite stable and fast. The toilet is squat, but this is a plus point for some people (including me). A public kitchen is available, which is quite good for quick cooking. Access if you take a private vehicle is quite close to the city, if you walk, there are still stalls and shops and so on, so it should be safe for the basics. Overall: 10/10 ❤️. Additional travel tips: bring an HDMI cable, so you can enjoy using the TV
