Very rude customer service.

Hear kids running up and down room above fir hours. Trash all around parking area. Dirty people smoking at front entrance.

Room was gross. It stunk. No soaps etc. Very nasty

It was such a horrible experience that when we checked in, we checked out a half hour later

When I’m traveling in Florida and decide to get a room I have come up with my own rating system based on how many bugs I see in the room, less bugs higher rating, therefore I give this room my highest ranking because I didn’t see a single bug. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. There’s a Cracker Barrel and Waffle House right next door also a Starbucks if you’re into that. It’s fairly quiet with the exception of the ever present disrespectful guests you find in any hotel that slams their door every time they go in or out but it was minimal. I have to say overall if you’re just needing a place to sleep for the night while waiting on a flight or passing thru and aren’t looking for anything fancy, this is a nice place to stay. There’s a fridge, stove, and microwave in the room but I didn’t use any of that so can’t comment. I would stay here again if I find myself in the area in the future and need a place to chill overnight.

The property is a bit dated but you get what you pay for. The room was clean and overall property was clean. I would stay here again.

Smelled like mold, boil order, bug spray notice, no water pressure. 3rd floor and elevator was out. Charged me additional 200 on top of Expedia.

Definitely stay here if you really only need the basics and on a very limited budget.

Upon arriving at the property for check in i was informed that there is a $100 deposit required. There was no mention of this in the ad or the post reservation email from the hotel. Strike 1 ... In addition, the listing of the property states that the hotel provides free breakfast but that is not available at this location. Strike 2 ....

I killed about 6 cockroach’s. Went to front desk got a different room. Went in to the new room checked the bed had blood on the sheets and hair on the pillow

Hidden fees, minimal amenities, dirty floors, dusty shelves, and not even a coffee maker in the room. Absolutely the worst money i have ever spent.

It was adorable and a pleasant stay.
