The bathroom had a really bad smell and was dirty. The outlets and the refrigerator in the room wasn't working.

Customer service was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful. Malik went out of his way to help us if we needed anything, and was friendly and welcoming. And the restaurant staff was always very attentive, especially Saif. We enjoyed our stay at the Marlo Hotel.
