I’ve been a loyal guest for over 10 years, so I was disappointed by the check-in experience this time. It took nearly 20 minutes and felt unnecessarily long, especially since I had to re-provide all my details despite being a returning customer. There was also no mention of the welcome drink, which we only remembered and asked about at check-out. On a more positive note, breakfast was enjoyable, though gluten-free options were quite limited. It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee available at some point during the stay—even just basic drip coffee—without needing to purchase the full breakfast. Overall, while the stay had some pleasant moments, a few small service touches would go a long way toward making the experience feel more welcoming and seamless.

Staff very helpful…. Gave city maps and able to help with tech support for apps so we could rent bikes! Explained metro with maps appreciated their kind help!

Very nice and clean hotel. Very quiet and comfortable bed. The area is just far from the center and we spent a lot on Ubers.

I had such a wonderful stay! The staff and service were excellent especially at the reception desk. I felt very welcome and cared for. The hotel is just three minutes away from the Erdberger train station and just about 15 minutes drive from VIE airport. Only downside is breakfast not included but Vienna has so many options on that anyway!

the hotel staff was amazing, among them Adam did above and beyond with anything we came up with. the hotel is quite, peaceful and clean, very close to the Vienna U-bahn and up to 10min. from the city center. well recommended!

Very clean and modern hotel in Vienna. A little of of the city center but 5 min walk from public transportation.

Great place with quiet rooms and an affordable breakfast option.

The place was great, great service, with VERY close access to public transport. Other than one Döner Kebap place, there is very little for the average person to do in the vicinity. Do not let that stop you from using this facility, because most of what is worth doing you would need to get on public transport to access anyway.

Small rooms

Nice hotel and decent transport links close to underground station. Stayed for 3 night and the room wasn’t made up at any point but I’m guessing that is perhaps standard. One disappointment was that the pillows were really uncomfortable to me. I asked if they had any softer pillows and they didn’t.

Friendly and no pressure

The room is really clean and big enough. There ia parking next to the hotel.
