The location is absolutely perfect — close to the city center and the Central Train Station, with plenty of options for shopping, dining, and sightseeing nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a small hotel, and while there’s no lobby or additional amenities, the rooms are clean and a good size. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

New hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms. Not many amenities due to its young age, with some additional amenities expected to be added. No self-service laundry; only paid per item laundry services available at this hotel. Would stay here again!

Front desk staff was amazing both days, always super friendly and went out of their way to help. This is by far one of the best hotel showers I have EVER had. For those of you that dread the low pressure erratic water temp hotel showers this is the place for you.

Very well located, this is very center of Brussels , everything was within walkable distance, Le Grand Place and Mont des Arts. Rooms were big , also the bathroom, very clean and quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful.

While this is a low key hotel with a minimal lobby and amenities, the staff is so kind and attentive and the rooms are beautiful. The location can’t be beat with great restaurants and sights out the front door.

From start to finish our stay was amazing. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering terrific recommendations for delicious food. The rooms were clean and full of charm. The bed was super comfortable and the shower pressure was wonderful. The hotel is centrally located to the heart of Brussels with plenty of key attractions within a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

Should be a one key Michelin key hotel. Incredible location, great staff, 9.9/10 experience. Highly recommend upgrading to large attic room.

Everyone was so helpful. Both with recommendations and for directions. Very easy to get to and from train stations. Able to walk every where I wanted to see. Clean and well maintained.

The OPO was an outstanding hotel! Rebecca was incredibly helpful and the room was fresh, new, and very modern. Loved staying here!

The front desk asked me for a passport when I came in when it didn’t say they needed one on the website and was very sarcastic and rude about it, she ruined the experience I had checking in and made it so I didn’t want to come out my room.
