Stayed 1 night to go to a concert - awesome location, close to TD coliseum and walking distance to GO train . Room was updated and clean. Continental breakfast was small but had good selection and was decent overall. Would definitely stay again If i need to go to Hamilton.

Staff was lovely and the room was in great shape. Very clean. Convenient location with a bus stop for the 11 line right across the street. Breakfast options were a bit basic, but all fresh! I had an excellent stay overall.

Great breakfast, helpful staff. Only the pool was kind of cold for the temperature. Great location too!

Very convenient and exactly as expected

Stayed with my boyfriend at this hotel for a concert at TD Coliseum. We stayed just for 2 days/1 night but left very satisfied. From the start it was a great experience - we arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled check in at 3PM but we were luckily able to check in early since our room was ready for us. We had booked a single king bed room and it was super comfortable. We also found ourselves a bit chilly during the night but the heating was very easy to figure out. The washroom was quite clean as well. The shower was probably as clean as they could get (there were some marking on the bottom of the tub but they seemed to be the kind that appear when being used frequently) and there were lots of towels of different sizes. I had brought my own hair tools but they do provide a hair dryer. The only thing that I think could’ve been improved in the room was the TV - I really wish they had a smart TV so we could connect to either Youtube or Netflix. We did go through the cable channels but a lot of the channels we might’ve been interested in were not available which was a bummer but not a deal breaker by any means. Breakfast was pleasant and easy to navigate. They had sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and a waffle/pancake station where you can cook using their batter. Also super close to the bus stop. Was able to get on our GO bus just outside the hotel and around the corner - so convenient! Will stay here for our next concert in August!!

Quick overnight stay. Breakfast was great!

Our overall stay celebrating mother’s day and my son bday was excellent. The room was so clean, pool was so clean and organized and front desk and staff were amazingly kind and respectful.

The rooms and amenities were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is $19 a day, but expected thst in a city and the garage was secure. Would recommend this hotel

Initial room was on top floor under hvac and was extremely loud. Management changed our room immediately when I called to ask. We were moved a few floors down and I believe upgraded as well! The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel! Pool was clean and quiet when I went in. Breakfast was good with a nice variety and spacious area for buffet set up. Additionally the dinning room area was also very spacious and kept clean. The area around the hotel was busy but felt safe and provided many options for dinning out. The paid parking was secure and easy to use. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely return to that one and other Hampton Inns.

Stay was good value. Check in and out were easy. Staff were very helpful. Location is super convenient and close to lots of things to do. The pillows in our room were mediocre and the AC unit was a bit loud. Didn’t ask for these things to be fixed so not entirely the hotels fault. Overall our experience was good.

We were very pleased with our stay. Comfortable beds. Secure. Clean. Great staff in all areas of the hotel! Very helpful and friendly. Id stay again.
