The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Because my mother uses a wheelchair, she was given a special room for wheelchair users. Close to restaurants, pharmacies, and minimarkets.

The location is quite hidden besides the highway around Petaling Jaya so we have to use grab to go outside. Many local eateries around hotel but we prefer to go to nearby Sunway Pyramid & Mall 101 instead. The breakfast is simple with not so much variety. We stayed for 3 night and its nasi lemak they served on our last day is very good!

In terms of cleanliness and service, it is certainly okay according to ACCOR standards, it's just that it seems that because it's still new, the location is a bit far from shopping and food areas. Less suitable for family vacations, because the room size is small. Suitable for those on business trips.

Everything was nice except I think that they need to call for coway maintenance. Rasa air tu macam lumut 🤢 I also asked the receptionist whether I can check in earlier around 2.30 pm + in case there ' s a room available since it ' s on weekday. She said no room is available yet, which I understood. Then I waited at the lobby, sitting on the couch nearby. At 3 pm, I went for check in but it took her almost 10 mins to finally hand me the access card 🙄.

Hotel is new and clean; The location quiet not too crowded and there 's restaurants near the location, mostly Malaysian food. Overall hotel is fine.

New hotel, clean and modern room, cold ac, stable wifi, hot water with high flow in shower. Location is good if you have your own car but not so good if you rely on public transport or grab. Not much nearby hotel.
