I would say they have everything to be a 4 star but there is little upkeep. We had ants in our room there solution was to go buy raid at the mini market , safe to say we had ants all week . Even some in out luggage when leaving. The buffet is not great , a lot of canned foods . The staff is nice but do very little to help with problems . They have a small part of the beach but you have to be up at 6 am to get a chair. Overall a below average experience for a place that has potential but they just dont take care of the rooms or the upkeep needed tomrun a hotel.

Sun beds and umbrella is not enough for all customers on plage. Some customer keep the sun beds with his towel ealier even if customer does not use sun beds. Try to find the sun beds but all of them are with towel or something else.

Terrible internet conection, not really helpful staff.

so ans so the whole not enough stay ,compare with other hotels i stayed in Samos.not enough chairs ,and the beach was tiny .breakfast buffet was ok ,and there was a smell as you were coming to the hotel from outside .also the receptionist told us that we need to pay 10 euros daily for towels ,while we were staying in the suite.

Extremely pleased with the location of this hotel, basically right on the beach. Plus the service was excellent, and it was a beautiful place to stay. The restaurant and the bar were amazing.

Bathroom very small( shower ). Very noise at night. Bar near lobby very noise until 1 am and we could hear all from our room. Nice balcony that we could see a bit of the ocean.

We got two rooms, öne was ok but the second öne had issues. Ahower drain was slow, safebox was not working, and the room did not even have tea/coffee provided by hotel. Beach was ok with limited sun beds, with large pebbles, it was hard to get in and out of the sea. The rooms were also pretty far away from the main pool.

Tesisin yönetimi ilgili bir sıkıntı var

Bulunduğu deniz çok güzel, merkeze yuruyerek keyifli yurumek mümkün, tüm personeller ilgili, fiyat performans gayet iyi. Otelde beachte sabah sezlong heöen dolması ve yer bulunmaması can sıkıcı, wifi daha fazla geliştirmeli

Otel çok temiz çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi. Merkeze biraz uzak olması ulaşım açısından zorluyor ancak denizi tertemiz sakin bir koyda yerleşmiş ben çok beğendim

Denizi çok güzeldi her şey gayet iyiydi
