Clean, modern, excellent breakfast. Plenty for vegetarians. Nice staff. Good ac.

I love their swimming pool.

It is ok, location is not bad, breakfast was not good and room was clean.

Room was not clean at all and the end When I asked them to call a cap for me after they checked my ticket is some how I ended up to wrong rail station and almost I missed my train.

1. Wonderful Staff 2. Close to almost all tourist places and located on the main road 3. Loo with jet. Didn’t have anywhere else Highly recommended 👍

Good hotel

I like this hotel so much.

Stayed there for a night very nice hotel with alcohol free and non smoking. Quiet and safe place breakfast is very good. Recomending to stay there.

You cannot demand more for such price! Everything was just perfect: service, breakfast, parking, politeness. Also: location is quite good and not to busy at the same time. The best part: you can book the SPA for free for just yourself for an hour: just perfect to relax after walking in 40-degrees. so: recommended hard!

Great hotel in a great location. Clean, comfortable and with helpful efficient staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Pros: Reasonably good location. Seems like a more recent hotel, updated and clean. Breakfast was decent. Cons: Front desk staffs were not helpful at all, a bit mechanic and cold. Beds were uncomfortable. Our neighboring guests were noisy. We had to contact the staffs for attention. Very bad room insulations. Most importantly, they seemed to be playing tricks when it was time to pay our bills. We were unable to pay with our credit cards. Not that there were errors, nor cards not approved nor accepted, it simply indicated "CANCELLED" on the slips. After 4 tries with different cards, trying with 2 different staffs at different times of day, the results were the same. We gave up and paid in cash. Luckily it was not a big bill. We did notice that the credit card terminal machines were not plugged in on stand by. The staffs had to bring it out and plugged it in, and we also noticed the staffs attitude during the process. They were indifferent, not surprised and almost like the "CANCELLED" results are to be expected!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. A welcoming smile goes a long way. I arrived early and although I could not access my room, my luggage was safely stowed away and I was given a free breakfast.

location was great and you can reach to main touristic spots nearby, breakfast and stuff were perfect!

Everything was amazing pool and sauna, breakfast options, room size and cleaniness! Will comeback definetily))

It was a great experience, what make it different is the people who are there, I’m pleased to see such a great front desk staff which they makes the experience even better.

Uansett hvor man bor i Tasjkent, litt transport med metro eller taxi må man regne med. Veldig hjelpsom betjening. Vennlig og forekommende. Hyggelig opplevelse.
