Staff are friendly and helpful

the staffs were friendly, we were arrived late at night yet there was still a staff to help to checked in. it's also a wheel chair friendly, even tho the accessibility could be improve. especially on the hot spring area, since peoole with wheel chair couldnt access it . however the downside is, the breakfast option. less variety, taste not nice :( recommend you to bring your own bfast rather than paying there with limited and not so good breakfast. however, the room and bathroom are nice. super clean & tidy

The atmosphere is very comfortable and not noisy. The view is very nice.

the breakfast is just ordinary, not too many variations, but the room is clean, nice, can accommodate many people, especially if you bring a big family. the view is directly to the mountains. there are hot and cold water pools. very close to pariban hot spring

The room glass is transparent from the outside, oh my gosh, what the hell. It's scary at night.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, there is a hot water bath. Just a suggestion, every time I see a room there is no bell, so I have to knock and bang. That's all fun. The coffee is great at the roof top cafe.

The staff are friendly from the front office to the restaurant, the rooms are quite good with complete amenities but there are cockroaches in the bathroom, maybe they need to be sprayed regularly, the quality and taste of the food in the restaurant is also good, the restaurant area is still under construction so it is less aesthetic.
